A neighbourhood café, not a coffee roastery

Amparo opened the bar in 1987 and stood behind it for thirty-two years. Her daughter still makes the tostada the same way: bread from the bakery on the corner, grated tomato, olive oil and salt. Nothing else.

We have no wifi and no app. We have twelve tables under the awning, a coffee machine from the nineties and a cat called Nube.
